This dealership has been amazing. We arrived at closing time on a Wednesday evening after seeing an xc40 with all the features and colors that we wanted on the website. I thought that the Dewayne (5 stars) was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to us as potential car buyers. He gave us enough room to inspect the inventory and the car that we ultimately selected. When we had questions, he was immediately available to us and answered all questions. In other words, there was a refreshing absence of high pressure tactics. I had a very bad experience with another Volvo dealership. From the first time I spoke with Demetrius he made me feel comfortable and there was no pressure sailing. I recieved excellent service from Charlie Nelson. As I live in Dallas all negotiations were done via email and phone Charlie was quick to respond ,very knowledgeable, and very patient. When I arrived to pickup my car. The sales manager ,finance manager and tech support were prompt and extremely helpful. My car was waiting on the showroom floor fully detailed. I was in and out in less than an hour. Most of the time was spent going over the tech options. Wonderful experience.
