Customer service is lacking. Always directed to voicemail that is full. Redirected to manager line after my request. Manager, Rich, then did not handle request. He lied to me saying he would personally handle me. Still waiting 72hours later.

Sad, I had to sell my new XC60 B6 2022 within 3 months the coolant light was a problem 3 times for this car- Customer service sucks @ this place. Mary was the only concerned person there. Even my salesman Gary wasn't interested once the cash sale was complete. I didn't hear from him until my car was towed in,which Mary had to inform him. Then Christian never filed paperwork to get my refunds for the warranties on the car (at least help me with something) after 6 weeks-NOTHING. Thanks for wasting my time DeMontrond Volvo... I went to your new car inventory site, selected a car I wanted to look at, contacted the dealership via your "chat" app and asked the chat expert "Maurice" if the vehicle is still in stock, to which he replied that it was still available. This dealership has been amazing. We arrived at closing time on a Wednesday evening after seeing an xc40 with all the features and colors that we wanted on the website. I thought that the Dewayne (5 stars) was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to us as potential car buyers. He gave us enough room to inspect the inventory and the car that we ultimately selected. When we had questions, he was immediately available to us and answered all questions. In other words, there was a refreshing absence of high pressure tactics. I had a very bad experience with another Volvo dealership. From the first time I spoke with Demetrius he made me feel comfortable and there was no pressure sailing. D and Gary were so professional & very knowledgeable. They made our buying experience easy and painless. I highly recommend this dealership even if you have to drive across town. You won’t regret it. He took extensive time to educate me regarding the various models, demonstrated great patience while I test drove several times, spent lots of time showing how to use all the features after our purchase, and is always readily available to answer further questions. I recieved excellent service from Charlie Nelson. As I live in Dallas all negotiations were done via email and phone Charlie was quick to respond ,very knowledgeable, and very patient. When I arrived to pickup my car. The sales manager ,finance manager and tech support were prompt and extremely helpful. My car was waiting on the showroom floor fully detailed. I was in and out in less than an hour. Most of the time was spent going over the tech options. Wonderful experience.

I took my vehicle to get serviced here because I feel a slight jerk when I drive it. I explained the issue to two different services managers there. both of them told me that they felt the jerk but they don't know what it is. They run a software check on my vehicle and still can not tell me what the issues is. I decided to trade in my current car the weekend after Christmas for a new C30 at this dealership. The saleperson was great, but that's about where it ended.
